For using the full CD installation files:
– Since Gilian Connect is a legacy version to the newer Gilian Connect Pro, the software needs to install offline – with the computer not connected to the internet
-If the software detects an internet connection, it will try to download files from our server. These have been sunset and are not on our server.
Instructions

Download .zip file HERE
- Extract files from the .zip file
- Disconnect from the internet
- Double click on the .hta file
- Click on Install Gilian Connect.
The file “1.READ ME – Installer Help File.txt,” contained within the Zip file, has more installation instructions:
These files contain AutoRun information. They may be burned to a CD/DVD, or to the root directory of a USB/FLASH drive, which will allow the installer to automatically run when the disk or drive is inserted. Of course, this requires that AutoRun is enabled on your computer.
To install the application manually, please double-click “GilianConnectInstaller.hta”
ApplicationInstaller will check for installed components, check your privileges, and install only what is necessary. If you do not have administrative privileges on your PC, it will prompt you with “Run As”, to enter admin username and password necessary to install a component.
This application must be installed separately for each user.
