Sensidyne / Products / Fixed Point Gas Detection / SensAlarm FLEX All-in-One Gas Detection

The SensAlarm FLEX is a fully-configurable, self-contained, all-in-1 gas detection solution designed for a wide range of applications – including Hazardous Areas. It offers a unique blend of flexibility, advanced features, and ease of use, making it ideal for industrial environments, laboratories, and other critical safety areas.
Sensidyne provides a fast lead time – compared to other manufacturers!

(LED light stack for General Purpose usage only, not HazLoc)

Utilizing the magnetic wand, SensAlarm Flex shares a non-intrusive interface with SensAlarm Plus, SensAlert ASI, and SensAir, which provides user access to setup, data review, and maintenance menus without opening the enclosure and declassifying the area. Menus are intuitive and provide general instructions for calibration and testing.

An all-in-one fixed gas detection system is a complete, ready-to-install solution that combines all safety critical components into a single unit.
With SensAlarm Flex, that includes:
Instead of designing and assembling a system from multiple vendors, everything is pre-integrated, tested, and ready to deploy in one enclosure.
Traditional systems are typically built from separate components:
SensAlarm Flex consolidates those into one platform, which:
It also adds intelligence not found in basic systems, like:
SensAlarm Flex supports a wide range of gas types using Sensidyne Plus Series sensors, including:
Supported sensor technologies include:
Because the platform auto-configures, changing gas types does not require reprogramming of the system.
SensAlarm Flex continuously monitors ambient air using connected gas sensors and triggers alarms when gas concentrations exceed user-configured limits.
Typical operation:
SensAlarm Flex provides flexibility in three key areas:
