Trust the designers and manufacturers of your GILIAN air sampling pump to provide the ultimate expert care for your Sensidyne/Gilian pumps and calibrators to ensure best performance.
Pump factory service restores sampling pumps to as-new performance specifications through inspection, repair, and testing; after which pumps are calibrated and factory certified. Pump service can be performed annually as part of a preventative maintenance plan, or on an as-needed basis.
Pump service includes repair or replacement of all pump components including the pump motor. Replacement batteries are available for purchase at a discounted rate when purchased while a pump is undergoing factory service.
Service Procedure and Conditions
For responsive Factory Repair Service THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in longer turn-around times. Please include all documentation with the equipment when returned to the Factory:
- FIRST: » Submit Service RMA Request Form
- Include a Purchase Order for the specified Flat Rate amount plus shipping. The P.O. must include: Contact Name and Phone Number, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipping Method and the correct total dollar amount, plus shipping charges.
- MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa are acceptable for payment.
- All Equipment returned must be intact and include all parts. We will not attempt to repair equipment which has been returned in pieces or is missing significant parts. Include a description of the failure or malfunction with the returned equipment in order to ensure that the problem will be fully addressed.
- To ensure the safety of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse service to any item with known or unknown chemical contamination, asbestos contamination or radiation contamination.
