Customers who experience any product quality, product operations, or company operations issues may submit a Customer Complaint Ticket to our Quality Assurance Department. We take each issue seriously. Our company’s Quality Management System (QMS) is certified 9001:2015 standards, and as required procedure we log each complaint into our system, assigning responsibility and tracking through to resolution.
