The product expertise of Sensidyne’s Factory Service Department is very extensive — we’ve been manufacturing Gilian products since 1985. It spans across all Gilian air sampling pumps and calibrators: GilAir pumps, BDX pumps, AirCon area samplers, and air flow calibrators Gilibrator 2, Gilibrator 3, and Go-Cal Pro.
Factory Certified Calibration
As a Laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, the Sensidyne Service Department provides ISO 17025 compliant calibration and repair of the following Sensidyne air flow calibrators:
- Gilian Go-Cal Pro (portable)
- Gilian Gilibrator 3 (dry cell)
- Gilian Gilibrator 2 (wet cell)
Subject to the same standards, the Sensidyne Service Department provides NIST-Traceable calibration and repair of the following Sensidyne products:
- Go-Cal Calibrator
Why Factory Calibrate?
An annual ISO/IEC 17025 or NIST-traceable calibration by Sensidyne’s ISO accredited facility provides a defensible audit trail. Calibration of your Sensidyne instrument includes a full product refurbishment and calibration.
Our industry recognized calibration experts (with over 100 years combined Sensidyne experience), accreditations, and traceability ensure accuracy and peace of mind. Proprietary procedures, software, and test fixtures refurbish your instruments to both commercially available and unpublished specifications.
What is Included in Factory Calibration?
- Disassembly and examination of the instrument for wear and damage
- Full cleaning, repair and/or replacement of parts as needed
- Battery test/replacement as needed
- Upgraded firmware and hardware
- Multi-point flow calibration (customer specific points can be added)
- NIST traceable calibration certificate with As-Found (optional) and As-Left data (OR)
- ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration with As-Found (optional) and As-Left data
- 180-day service warranty
